This is by far one of my favorite stops when I go to vegas I found out about it 2 years ago or so. Great drinks and a good change of pace from the stip and the casinos. Just off the 15 on Charleston. Thought I would share I have not heard anyone talk about it on the site yet.
These are from my trip last week. Im not in the photos that would be my fiancée. Much better looking then I am.

So grab a pint of your favorite ale and sit down for some potential big wins in Bier Haus, a 5-reel, 40-payline slot machine. As you might guess, this slot is set in a traditional German pub, and you will be treated to the occasional chatter and murmuring that accompanies such a locale.

Looks like an interesting place. What kind of drinks you usually getting there? Can you gamble there at all?

Have you been up to the bar at the top of the Strat ?
No Cover, No Elevator Ticket, laid back and excellent
views. There is probably a 1 drink minimum, if I
recall correctly.
SlotAnd no TIKI stuff either, which can either be a
pro or con...

Didn't know the place existed. Reminds me of my youth when Tiki bars were the rage and every town had a least one. Lots of people decorated their basement rec rooms in a tiki theme as well.
Be careful when you follow the masses, the M is sometimes silent.

Yeah, I love Frankie's as well. When I go to Vegas I usually spend one day Downtown, and on that day I'll take a cab and ease over to Frankie's for a couple of hours.
It is a great spot to relax for a while, and I have found the drinks to be nice and strong. I will typically order my first drink in one of their ceramic tiki mugs (see pic below). Makes for a nice souvenir.

Gotta love that slot machine tiki mug!
Edit: And the dice eyes in the last one. Didn't notice that at first...

How much does one of those mugs run? They are very cool looking.

Not bad its $23 I think with the drink or $20 just for the mug.
blount2000
Yep, it is $23 for the mug with the drink, and the mug alone is $18. The drinks without the mug are $9.
They use a 'skull rating' to indicate how potent each drink is, and I have found the 5-skull ones to be mighty strong!
Frankie's Drink Menu
The back of each mug includes some form of 'Frankie's Las Vegas', which is why I like them as souvenirs.
